Let Rooski Build P4 Level Scouting Reports For Your Program

“It's like having a superhuman analyst that will never leave me.”Defensive Coordinator · P4 college program

Rooski turns the breakdowns your staff already exports every week into a full opponent scout — and the self-scout you haven't had an hour for. Our coaches run the AI on your program. Your coaches keep every football decision, and nobody on your staff has to become the AI guy.

01 /Read one before you book anything

A real opponent scout we delivered this season.

Names and logos are stripped. Nothing else is. It was built from the film breakdowns that staff's own coaches charted — the same export yours makes every week. Here is the headline finding, exactly as it went to the coordinator:

DOUBLES STACK declares PASS: 83% pass out of it vs 57% base. 18 snaps.

Counterexample3 of 18 DOUBLES STACK snaps were not passes — all 3 of them on INSIDE ZONE.

That second line sits under every finding in the report. It is what lets a coordinator take the first line into a game. Every finding also carries how many snaps it is built on — 25+ reads HIGH, 10–24 MED, under 10 is not reported at all — and a link to the exact snaps, so your staff can pull them up and disagree with us.

The report opens by stating the rule it grades on. Where the export could not support a rate, it says so instead of guessing. The last section is titled “What this report does not know” and it names what was missing from the tags.

02 /Staffing, not software

You don't need another dashboard. You need the work done.

One more scouting platform is one more thing your staff has to run. And generic AI hands you confident, wrong football — the only thing worse than no information is bad information in a building. Rooski is neither. It's staffing: our coaches run the analysis on your program, in your terminology, and hand back finished work every week. Your coordinators keep every football decision — we do the work nobody in your building has hours for. Three-man staff or Power-4 building, the effect is the same: your game week gets deeper without another hire — and without another job landing on a coach's desk.

Deeper game weeks. No new hires. Nothing to learn.
03 /What we run for you every week

The opponent scout, every week. And the self-scout nobody has time for.

  • Opponent Scout — the full breakdown built from your data: tendencies by down, distance, formation, hash, field zone, personnel. Fronts, coverages, pressure. Every finding with its snap count, its confidence, its counterexample, and a link to the snaps behind it. In your hands before your staff sits down to plan.
  • Self-Scout — the same treatment pointed at you: where you're predictable, what their coordinator sees when he watches your film. Most staffs still haven't run one this season, and it isn't because they don't want it. It's the first thing that falls off the week. It comes out of the same export.

What your staff supplies: the film breakdowns your coaches already chart. Same tags, same export, same Sunday. Nothing new to learn, nothing new to buy. If your staff charts differently than the school down the road, we work with yours.

Game-plan reviews and practice help come up on the call. What gets scoped there is what gets built — we don't promise it on a web page.

The scout is one job we run for you, at any level. AI implementation is the whole building. If what you actually want is AI working across your program — the drives, the questions, your own staff trained to run it — that's a different conversation and it has its own page.

04 /Your time back

The hours come back to the work — and the people — that matter.

Take hours of prep off a coach's week and you hand it back to what actually moves a program: more film, sharper decisions about what goes on the sheet, real time with your players. And when the work's done, it's done — shut the laptop. Rooski runs everything around the coaching so your staff spends its time on the coaching. This profession has always made coaches pick: win more, or be home more. We're building the version where you stop picking.

05 /Why now

Your staff already did the work. Nobody is reading it.

Every week your coaches chart the opponent — front, coverage, formation, down, distance, hash, result. It goes into the export. And most of it stays there, because the same coaches who charted it are the ones who have to run practice Tuesday. A coordinator skims the top of it, trusts his eyes for the rest, and moves on. Kickoff doesn't move.

Your own tendencies are the same story. Their coordinator is studying your film right now. Most staffs haven't looked at theirs yet this year.

The season isn't a window that closed. It's a stack of film that keeps getting taller.
06 /What the call actually is

Thirty minutes. Then you decide.

One Zoom with a Rooski coach. We ask how your staff tags film and what your export looks like, because that's what decides what a scout can say about your opponent. Then we walk a real report finding by finding — the counterexamples included — and show you what yours would cover, and where it would come up short. Judge the work itself. No prep, no homework, nothing to send. Bring your toughest what-ifs; leave with a clear plan for your program this season — or a clear no. Both are fine.

What happens on the call

Three steps.

  1. 1
Pick a 30-min Zoom time on the calendar above.
  2. 2
Tell us how you chart film. Who tags it, what's in the export, when it lands. Ten minutes, and it's the part that decides what your scout can say.
  3. 3
Walk a real report with us — sample sizes, counterexamples, and the section that names what it doesn't know. Then you'll know whether it fits your staff this season.

A few quick answers
What does it cost?

The call costs nothing. If Rooski looks like a fit, we'll show you exact options on the call — the right one depends on your level and how much of the week you want run. No pressure either way.

Are you replacing our coaches?

No — not one. Your coordinators keep every football decision. We're the analyst staff you could never hire, doing the prep nobody in your building has hours for.

Does the AI watch our film or call plays?

No. Your staff tags and watches film like they already do, and makes every football call. We work from the data your tagging produces — the opponent scout and the self-scout — everything around the coaching, never the coaching itself. Anyone selling autonomous play-calling or AI film-watching is selling you a problem.

Who sees our scheme?

You and the Rooski coaches working your program — that's it. Your weekly deliverables are yours forever, your scheme never touches another program, and nothing you share trains anything outside your building.

What do you need from us in-season?

Your normal film-data exports — the workflow your staff already runs. Nothing new to learn, nothing new to buy.

Is it too late to start this season?

No. The scout is built from film your staff has already charted, so we're not waiting on anything to spin up — we work from the export you have. And the argument gets stronger, not weaker, as the season goes: by week eight there are eight games of your own charted information nobody has read in one place.

08 /From our calls with coaches

What coaches say when they see it.

"It's too smart not to use. I think the teams that are gonna start using it — we're gonna be the ones that are behind."

Tight Ends Coach · FBS college program

"It's going to happen very fast, and those who have their hands on it will prosper."

Position Coach · FCS college program

"The smartest Harvard grad analyst can't do it as fast as what Claude can, if you have the prompts correct."

Head Coach · FCS college program

"What took me hours takes me minutes sometimes."

Head Coach · 9-man high school

"It would have cut an hour out of my Saturday."

Offensive Coordinator · High school

"It'll kick me back ways to increase the explosiveness of your offense — and that took me 15 seconds instead of sitting down and going through it all like I've done for years."

Offensive Coordinator · 40-year high school coach

"Plugging stuff into AI and having it analyze data like that — it picks up and finds things I would never have found myself."

Head Coach · 5A high school

"We got all this data — I want to drop it into something smarter than us."

Head Coach · 6A high school

"It's almost like having another coach in the room with you."

Offensive Coordinator · High school

"This thing is addictive, man. I never in a million years thought you could have a football conversation to that level. That's what absolutely sold me."

Run Game Coordinator · High school

"I started coaching on 16 millimeter. We moved to VHS, then CDs and DVDs, and when Hudl came, I thought I died and went to heaven. I'm open to anything."

Head Coach · 51st year coaching

"My mind immediately went to a competitive advantage — let's do this before everybody else does, and get ahead of it."

Head Coach · 2A high school

"Anything I can do to get home as much as I can — I got a wife and two kids. How can I take away some of the busy work?"

Head Coach · High school

"There's nothing focused on the coach — other than really what you're doing."

Head Coach · D3 college program

Your coaches already did the charting. Somebody should read it — every week, with the sample size on it.
