A wrong number in a football building is worse than no number. You put it in a game plan, it doesn't hold up Friday, and now your coordinator doesn't trust any of it.
So every number gets checked before a coach ever sees it. Six plays isn't a tendency, and we won't call it one. When something's too thin to trust, you hear that instead of a guess dressed up as a fact.

I don't know anything about AI. Is that a problem?
No. You know football. We know both. Your only job on the call is to talk about your program.
How much does this land on my staff?
Less than doing it yourselves, and we don't pretend it's zero. We do the building and we work around how your staff already operates. Your coaches answer football questions when we have them, and we train the people who'll run the parts you want run in-house. Nobody on your staff has to go figure out AI on their own — that's the job you're hiring out.
Does the AI watch our film or call plays?
No. Your staff watches film, charts it, and calls the game exactly like they do now. We work from what they already chart. Anybody selling you AI that watches film or calls plays is selling you a problem.
What happens when the GA who runs it graduates?
That's why we set it up the way we do. What the program knows is findable by anybody on staff, and we train more than one of your people — so it doesn't leave in a truck in May.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every number is checked before a coach sees it. A wrong number is worse than no number, and we treat it that way. When something's too thin to trust, we say so instead of dressing it up.
What about grades, injuries and our players' personal information?
Out. Completely. Student academic records, medical and injury data, and personally identifiable information never enter it. Your compliance office can ask us anything, and we'll take that meeting with you.
What does it cost?
Depends on your level and how much of the building you want. A Power-4 install and a single-A install aren't the same thing, so we don't post one number. You get the real number and the real scope on the call.
How long until it's actually running?
A program that starts in November or December is running by spring. Start in February and you're most likely waiting for the next offseason.
